Here at Ian Marshall Realty we like to take a different neighborhood or area in Atlanta each week and do a spotlight coverage on it. Our featured area of the week that we would like to spotlight is the new city of Brookhaven and all the excellent neighborhoods that encompass it. City of Brookhaven is located in Dekalb County and is nestled in-between the area of Buckead and the city of Chamblee. Some of our favorite neighborhoods in Brookhaven are Ashford Park, Drew Valley, Brookhaven Fields, and Brookhaven Heights. Most of the homes in Brookhaven fall into the Ashford Park elementary school system which has recently been on the upswing due to parent involvement and the resurgence of people moving into the local Ashford Park neighborhood. There are also a good amount of townhome and condo communities in the Brookhaven area as well as a few luxury midrise condominium buildings like one Brookhaven.
