When I Think of His Goodness and All He Has Done For Me.......

I got a call today from a client that I sold a town-home to 9 years ago. She told me she was ready to move up and buy another property. We started talking and she started to tell me about 5 years ago how she went through some really hard times but having the house was such a blessing because she was able to refinance and get back on her feet.

She said looking back on those hard times I did not think I was going to make it. She said my utilities were turned off and my phone was off. She said I didn't have food in my house but when I think of the goodness of the Lord and all he has done for me.

He brought me through and now I am making more money at my job, and I am ready to take advantage of the good rates and lower prices in the market!

I praise God for clients like this. It reminds me that what we do for them can be a blessing. Homeownership is a good thing. She told me if she had been paying rent she wouldn't have had any means to get out of her distressing situation.

When I think of his Goodness and all he's done for me - words just can not express!

His love endures forever. The blessings i've received i can't count. I dont realize it all the time but i'm trying to recognize it better. It takes time but i'm heading in the same direction.

Endea, this is a great story! In the the toughest of times, God is still right there with us, helping us, and a lot of times carrying us through. I hadn't thought of having a house as a means to help someone get out of a bad situation like that, but she had a point about her being worse off if she would have been renting. God is truely looking out for and blessing you and your efforts. Focus on Him and He will show himself more and more. Be blessed, my sister.
