For those who know me well know that I am not a very patient person and
wants things NOW, as I believe a lot of you reading can relate.
Several years back I was fortunate to meet my mentor and leadership expert
John Maxwell. For those of you who have not read any of John's best selling
books on leadership and adding value to people YOU are missing out!
John admits also to sharing the impatient trait that so many of us in this fast
paced world of real estate have. It can be my strength by allowing me to be
efficient & task oriented but it can also be my weakness when it comes to
communicating and not listening completely to others who aren't as quick
to communicate their thoughts.
I heard this saying from John that I will tell those closest around me when I
need them just to get to the point!
"Skip the Delivery and GIVE ME THE BABY!"
