Ice Skating on the World’s most famous beach
Ice skating on the beach in Daytona Beach, Florida. Right in behind the historic Bandshell on the beach, a 4800 square foot ice skating rink is set up under a 88 by 86- foot tent to protect you from the weather. The rink will open Now to January 6. Hours will be 4-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4-10 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The ice skating rink will be open for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years day. Have you ever tried Ice skating while watching the waves roll onto the beach? Christmas lights around the area including A1A will make the mood festive as there will be holiday concerts at the Bandshell and maybe a few visits by a guy named Santa Claus. The amusements, shops and other business in the area are open year round and will be open for your enjoyment.
A 40 foot Christmas tree will have it’s lights turned on along with the lights at the skating rink and immediate area beginning at 6pm on November 26,2012.
The cost for a daily skating pass is $12 per person.
