TGIF! It is sunny and 70 degrees outside today. Who could work on a day like this? Not me! I have given in to the urge of buying new flower pots and some fall plants. Fall is my favorite time of the year and it calls to me like a kid in school who waits impatiently for the recess bell to ring.
OK. I have to admit that I have a yardman who does excellent landscaping.....but, I help (even when he doesn't want me to).
On days like this, I truly appreciate my chosen career. I spent the morning taking care of business. This entire afternoon belongs to me and I am thankful. Tomorrow, I will kick it back in gear but "tomorrow is another day"....Scarlet O'Hara. Next week my mind will turn toward preparing for a house full of company. But, I plan on enjoying every minute of that too.
