It has taken me too long to say “thank you” for all your hard work – but I can assure you it was a task I kept on my plate until it was accomplished.
Several months ago, I started thinking about selling my adorable 800 square foot home, and a friend suggested I speak with her realtor. I did, then stopped and asked “Why?”. Marie, you were my realtor 9 years ago and worked your magic – getting me my first home at a great price, and in a cute neighborhood. Why would I change? So, off we go to the Hoffman Murphy office.
You listened when I said that I wanted to walk to the store, coffee shops and night spots. I wanted an outside space in a better location. You guys did it! We had a few hurdles to climb, but these come anytime we want to reach higher. And boy, did we reach higher! We now live in a small complex with 3 patios, almost twice the size of my previous home and just a few blocks from the beach. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine being able to afford living here!
I love my days. Driving to work down Pacific Coast Highway, stopping at Starbucks, going to Jazzercise in Hermosa Beach, and having drinks with friends on Friday nights. Life is good thanks to all of you at Hoffman Murphy! I am a Raving Fan!
