GLOW in Eindhoven 2012 is in its 7th year. The light festival in downtown Eindhoven attracted approximately 100,000 visitors in the first two days. This is not just a laser and light show; it is considered art with light. This festival runs from November 10 through the 17th.
I had the opportunity to walk the light route in the center of town to view all the different pieces of art and was so impressed that I walked the route a second night. Many buildings are lit up with beautiful light displays.
If you are planning to visit downtown Eindhoven to see this stunning display of light art just follow the red lights. The street lights along the route of GLOW have been replaced with red bulbs to make it easy to follow the route. You can also follow the mass of visitors.
