If the information I read on this article is true, the Realtor acted as the lender and as the Realtor in the transaction. This transaction, if what was printed was true, has the appearance of horrible judgement and poor ethics as opposed to Realtors being blamed for the market going bad.........but I also don't believe anything I read in the paper or hear on television anymore........

Thanks for the clarification, Julie, on the Realtor acting as the lender. That idea of the Realtor also being the lender scares me to death. No amount of money would make me take that risk.
