NEEDED: Help Selling a Move in Ready Ranch
This is a help wanted ad for real estate. I have a move in ready ranch style home for sale and I need some out of the box thinking to sell it.
Unfortunately, the house was listed at the same time our MLS was changed and searching for properties became a real challenge. The sellers have taken great care of the home and have even upgraded and added to the house since they purchased. They added 800+ square feet of living space in the basement with an additional full bath featuring a jetted tub, a family room with a wet bar, mini-frig and wine cooler, as well as a bonus room.
On the main level, the sellers have neutralized and added newer carpet. There are three bedroom and three baths. All in all this is a very nice house... So where are the buyers? What is the angle I am missing?
