The Sebastopol Real Estate Market, like most of Northern California is experiencing a tightening of high quality, desirable homes for sale. While the days on market show a relatively flat change year over year, it does not account for quality of product on the market. Many homes are stagnant and have less draw to the consumer due to their tired condition and price.
