Megan,

I have seen these and I an not sure if only sent to agents, how effective is it?  Isn't that what the MLS is for?  I am just asking because I do not even open these when I get them.  I check the MLS everyday.

Dan,

The idea, is actually to use these type of rich media ads for your consumers. When posted on classifieds online buyers can search real estate for sale, etc. Most ads on these classifieds are very simple with text only or just a couple of photos added. The point of using this type of ad is that it will stand out to buyers and capture their attention, meaning is more likely to get hits or to get you leads.

When you send these to agents, it is really most effective when they come up in the body of your email message, not as a link or as an attachment. My company offers services for entering your listings, creating ads and posting them online. We also create rich media e-flyers and even print media as well. The main point in advertising is to be seen and be seen often that way buyers and sellers can find you.

I hope this was helpful. You can find out more information about our internet marketing services at our website www.virtu-assist.com.

Thanks,

Megan
