Residential Sales increased from 2011 to 2012. Condos stay the same, and Co-ops increased by 2 units. The average sold price dropped in each category from the previous 3 years. Check back next month to see what the inventory and median prise averages will compare to today's numbers.

Keep in mind, the styles of homes, the amount of land, the location and the updates may not be equal or the same from previous reports.
