Every year after the 11:00 o'clock service on the Sunday before Thanksgiving the members of Covenant Presbyterian Church on Hoadly Road have a very meaningful event named a "Slice Of Thanksgiving", but affectionately known as "Slice of Pie". It is one of the best attended worship services of the year followed by an orderly stampede to Fellowship Hall. These are two of the three tables needed to hold the pies, but there are always welcome latecomers
