Just Listed! 9 Lots in Glen Haven Estates on Lake Livingston

I am thrilled to have just listed NINE lots in Glen Haven Estates on Lake Livingston! Glen Haven Estates is a great little subdivision located on the north end of Lake Livingston on White Rock Creek. It is located near Goat Island AND the Honey Hole.

Besides the fact that Glen Haven Estatesis restricted against mobile homes, pride of ownership is apparent throughout this small Lake Livingston community. The subdivision is neat and homes are well maintained.

Glen Haven Estateshas a waterfront community park with a boat launch, community fishing pier, picnic tables and restrooms. These amenities are for the private use of Glen Haven Estates residents and their guests.

Currently there is one waterfront home listed as sale pending in Glen Haven Estates.

Mary: Lake Livingston is about an hour and one half north of downtown Houston.

Barbara-Jo: These lots are interior lots. The subdivision is a Lake Livingston subdivision with a waterfront park, community fishing pier, and boat launch. You can walk to the park from these lots.

Debbie: Almost all of our subdivisions offer access to Lake Livingston. These lots are not waterview, or waterfront. But you can walk to the community waterfront park and it is a lovely subdivision.

Endre: I am thrilled! But I would imagine that someone would want the entire package to keep some space around them. I know I would!
