As a college student you have a valuable opportunity to save. Arent you tired of paying ridiculous amounts of money for rent at a cheap apartment or even paying for a small congested dorm room? Or maybe you are a parent of a college student who is fishing out money that you will never see again for your student to live on campus. Here are 5 steps to making your situation better:

1.- Call me. Ill help you buy a House close to Campus. Make sure it has 3 or more bedrooms and 2 or more bathrooms. Also, make sure it's an easy commute to wherever you go to college at.

2.- Start telling your friends about the house and bring them to see it. They will be as excited as you are about it and want to move off campus too! Your friends are going to help you pay your mortgage and make it a fun house where you all can make wonderful college memories.

3.- Invite friends to move in with you! Charge them a rent amount to rent a room in your house. Make sure it covers utilities and that the sum of the rent amount is going to be covering your utilites and most of, if not all, your mortgage.

4.- When you finish school, and you are ready to move out, call me again. I will help you sell the home. By this time you should have built some equity on your home, and you might break even(which means, you lived rent free, your whole college experience) or even make some extra money! Homes near colleges and universities go quickly.

Yes, this is put in very simple terms, and there are more details that go along with this process, but I am your coach and source to show you how to make this happen!
