Deck the Halls

Deck the halls with boughs of holly and enjoy the annual Camas Holiday Home Tour. It's your chance to get inspiration while touring four festively decorated homes on Saturday, December 8th, between 10 am and 4 pm, and Sunday, December 9th between 11 am and 3 pm.

The 2012 Camas Holiday Home Tour features some unique styles.

Two of the homes are historic beauty's - one, a cottage with a whimsical French country twist, and the other a Classic Victorian - both in the Crown Park area of Camas.

The other two are located in the Lacamas Shores neighborhood and feature stunning water views. One of the homes is Asian influenced with great Feng Shui - and the other is a French Country estate, nicknamed "Maison sur la lac."

You can purchase tickets on-line at the Downtown Camas website, or at particpating businesses. Your ticket purchase gives you a chance to win on of three exciting merchant gift baskets.

Act now and save money - early bird tickets are $20 each, through November 23rd, and $25 each thereafter. Your ticket is good for either day at the Camas Holiday Home Tour.

Oh, Debb, I SO love Christmas! It's got to be fun to check out how others decorate for this holiday, especially if there's history with the mode of decorating to match the home on the tour.

Thank you for your idea of me taking photos once I have mine decorated and put it up on the worldwide web to help sell it, because as you said (to paraphrase), people get misty-eyed about the holidays and who knows,they may just say, I want that home so that I may have Christmas there myself!

Debb this is my favorite type of home tour - during the Christmas holiday season. I remember creating a fundraiser tour in Vail CO way back when....and it was so amazing! Fun all the way around!

I can imagine all of these homes are stunning in every facet. It is interseting to see what these folks due for decorations and how much decorating they do.
