Darien Market Data
Most of the year sales price averages have been lower than the listing price average. It is still a buyers market. It will be interesting to see how numbers will compare next year. The Average Sale price in Darien for October 2012 was $1,291,936 and the average list price in October 2012 was $1,952,764.
It was a busy summer in Darien from May to August!! Both June and August Sales were higher in 2012 than in 2011. September and October sales are higher that the previous year too. We will see about November and December sales. Most months of the year had much stronger sales than last year's.
