The Anthem real estate market continues to be strong coming into the fall and holiday seasons. Activity in the Villas was a little better in October. And we continue to see more homes come on the market. Currently there are 3 homes actively on the market, with 4 under contract, in the Villas. More sellers are starting to become aware that the market has shifted and realizing that now may be a good time to sell. Average sale prices were up 24% over the same time last year, and price per sq. ft. was up 22%. Both VERY positive signs. Here are the numbers for the Villas through October 2012:
