Albuquerque Academy Chargers Defeated Socorro Warriors, 34-24

If you thought Albuquerque Academy Chargers were out, you would be wrong. Last Friday they traveled to Socorro and defeated the Warriors 34-24 in the first leg of the 3A Playoffs Games.

With this win, the Chargers now (4-6) will face SILVER (8-2) in the next leg of the playoffs. The game will be held in Silver City on Saturday November 24, 2012.

If the Chargers pull off a win here…this would be a HUGE Upset. And believe it or not I would not be surprised if they do.

At any rate, I predicted that SILVER would be the only team to challenge the dominance of St. Michaels High.
