Reblogger C. Lloyd McKenzie

My Friend Yolanda Gilbert shared the below Margarita Recipe that I think that most of my freinds in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho would love.  I am re-blogging it with the hope that you will see it before Thanksgiving Day. Thank you Yolanda.  Happy Thanksgiving.

These wonderful Margaritas have been an addition to our Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve Dinner for close to 15 years before it was cool or chic to do this. I am happy to share this recipe with my Active Rain Family. Here’s from our home to yours!

2 cups Gold Tequila

½ cup triple sec

1 ½ cups grand marnier

4 cups cranberry juice drink

1 cup fresh lime juice

Crushed ice

Lime wedges

Margarita salt

It is best if you make the night before that way all the flavors blend in beautifully. You can pour into margarita glasses or Holiday glasses and put lime wedges on the rim If you try this let me know how you like it! Cheers!
