These are all Arthritis fighters and keep joints strong and supple. Bend those knees, dig in, with sweet potatoes your joints will be ready to get to work.

Cranberries are the little fruit that could. Packed with anti-oxidants, they are ready to fight the toxins found at golf courses everywhere. What toxins? Beer, Bloody Marys, Screwdrivers and cigar smoke will all become as pure as filtered water after eating cranberry sauce this Thanksgiving.
Pumpkin Pie= Putting prowess
If you come down 18 and have a knee-knocker for a win..., nothing will calm your nerves like a slice of pumpkin pie! Finishing a meal with a sweet bite, satifies all the senses.
