CanEquity Mortgage is offering 3.07% APR on a 5 year fixed closed mortgage.

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) was up 53.78 points closing at 12,100.06.

Canadian/US Dollar Exchange Rate rose 8 points to close at 1.0035 USD.
