Calistro California Bistro at the Hilton Village is Scottsdale is known or its farm to table menu from chef and owner Devin Walsh. Chef Devin has just put out a new menu full of Calistro classics and and favorites from Calistro Bistro's loyal customer base.
Chef Devin has also enlisted the help of master mixologist and sommelier Wayne Roemhildt. Roemhildt has created an up to date cocktail program and wine list that is going to attract drink aficionados from around the valley. Chef Devin says, "I have never had a true master mixologist or sommelier on my team. It is very exciting for me to see the beverage program finally match what we have always done in the kitchen."
Roemhildt has taken what Chef Devin does in the kitchen and has translated that into a seasonal, sophisticated, and quality cocktail, wine, and beer program that will have patrons coming back for more. Roemhildt has brought in a couple wines on tap that go straight from the vineyard barrels to the restaurant. This is the latest trend in California and Calistro California has them!
