We awoke to a good amount of fresh snow here in Whistler valley, and with the American Thanksgiving long weekend upon us, both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains are open.
The past 2 weeks brought 29 new listings, 24 Price changes and 26 completed sales in the Whistler real estate market. To view on nickswinburne.com please click here.
Overall our numbers are down from the past two week period which had given us 32 new listings, 37 price changes and 27 completed transactions.
Sales from the beginning of the month still remain strong, with 25 to date. Active condo, townhouse and Chalet listings currently sit at 519, continuing the trend of decreasing inventory that we have been experiencing since August of 2011 when there were 723 active chalet, townhome and condo listings.
I had the pleasure of bringing Buyers to #14 Treeline, a 3 bedroom ski-in townhome on Blackcomb and recently helped clients into a studio unit in Le Chamois.
