W-M Realty Group (aka W-M group)

By
Industry Observer with Collateral Specialist Inc

The other day I saw a post in reference to W-M Realty Group (aka W-M group). I had just gotten an order from them and had completed it. I then learned their rep was not to good. At that time I thought this was the 1st assignment from them.

Today I got a check in the mail from guess who? YEP!! But do not get too excited, it was for work I had did for them over 4 years ago...

Wow Alex you could be our secret weapon, if you decide to be an (assassin, ninja warrior) for those of us who have been doped by these scoundrels. Lisa had a very interesting solution, whereby you could file a small claim suite. In fact I was thinking, you could be the group leader if it is possible or legal for you to represent all of us who been taken advantage of.

I can no get over: You actually know where their office building is!!!

Called them again this morning, and left a message about  my unpaid invoices.

If they will not call me back in next 48 hours. I'll file a lawsuit.

They picked up a wrong guy.

Alex (and others), we need to get together and file a Small Claims judgment.  I live in AZ...W-M Group owes me approximately $600.....no return phone calls, no return emails from W-M Group.  I contacted Arapaho County in CO (this is the County where Centennial, CO and W-M Group is located) and spoke to a wonderful individual who gave me the information to file a Small Claim judgment...it's A LOT of work and will be a lengthy process due to an out-of-state case...it will cost us some $ for the filing of this judgment....most everything, however, can be done online for the filing process...let me know if you (and others) are "on board" to proceed.

I signed up in Sep. 2009, I also got phone call from Roger, thank god, I never got any assignments from them. BPO is time consuming, I always asking for payments after 2 BPOs or over 2 months. I do not want to do free jobs.

Why way did they go? Either they were not receiving anymore lender business or they are simple running from us.

Either way, as Alex said if something is to be done, it must be now as  time is running out. Or they will truly

disappear

Ok, what we need to do is figure out HOW MANY Realtors nationwide have NOT been paid that have successfully completed BPO's for this company.  Alex, thank you for the information that they have moved from their location at 13275 E. Fremont Place, Ste #310, Centennial, CO.  The phone number:  303-699-9794 is still active as well as the fax #:  303-699-3589 BUT, the Web Site:  www.m-mgroup.com not LONGER exists.  Because the web site no longer exists, unless unpaid fellow Realtors have printed a copy of each and every BPO completed, there will be no "proof" that these BPO's were done.  My work completed for them has been documented and copies are in hand, again, unless other Realtors did the same thing, there is no proof due to the web site "shut down".  So, any other Realtors nationwide out there that have copies of completed BPO's performed for this company and are willing to proceed to Small Claims in the State of CO, please advise.

Lisa,

The only thing I got is a couple of e-mails stating that I have accepted new orders from W-M Realty with my user name and password on it.

Not sure if that can be use as a proof, but we can try.

I'm working on another idea as well..

I'm gonna find out a little more about our boy ROGER, track him down and pay him a visit at his own home.

Alex, be careful.  Not sure how you would know the contact address for "Roger", but if you live in the area and are comfortable in your pursuit, go for it; unfortunately a Small Claim will have to have docs to prove this nationwide negligence of Realtors not being paid for BPO work performed and completed by W-M Group (aka W-M Realy Services).  The www.w-mgroup.com website no longer exists and therefore, any Realtors owed $, unless printed the work performed must, assumably, take it as a loss?  Let's hope other Realtors have copies of fully executed BPO's performed and that we can persue a Small Claim against this BPO comany for not paying the past/current Vendor services performed...Thanks Alex for all your assistance.  Not giving up on this endeavor to get my $600.00 from W-M Group (aka W-M Realty Services).

Who is this Roger, probably a false name! When I was seeking my money from them, I would go up on their site to my profile and it had the job number, date of completion, and how much was owed. I would just copy the page and keep sending it to them. They finally sent my money after about 2 weeks. I guess I need not have to say they never called me again. I think Lisa is exactly correct, since the site is down there is no longer any evidence to go the website route. So your perhaps last resort is having a copy of the BPO assignment from them showing the order number and the fee promised.

Well I think it may be safe to say, that if you have done anything for them in the past, the likelihood of you receiving compensation is verrrrry slim!

I have completed 2 BPOs and never received payment and had similar stories as all those left here.  I would love to go after them.  Now every time I take a BPO assignment I am scared I will not get paid.  It took 4 months for the last one from Dinwiddie Property Services.  I just took an assignment from BrokerPriceOpinion.com - I hope I get paid.

I just received a call from a gentleman in Portland OR, who is looking for any of the people associated with this company. He reports they owe him/his company $18,000. If any of you out there have any clue where they are now, please repost to this blog or give me a call!!

They moved out of the office last December, been there twice to make sure, and then just disappeared. Don't think they still are in the business. Lost $100 so welcome to the club.
