Oh sure, I have gone to chamber events in the past. Social events. Networking events...
But they never really seemed my thing. Passing out business cards looking for business. I never felt like I belonged...
But the irony is I love meeting people. Shaking hands. Asking questions. I am a natural networker...
So I am going to do it this year.
I have a few other motivations as well. In the last few months, I have added other business interests...

Given the diversity of my interests, as well as the desire to learn more about various business topics, I will be joining the chamber in 2013.

But to learn. So much to learn. Zoning. Financing. Laws. As well as meeting potential investors and potential clients...
