The Crofton, MD real estate market had another solid performance during the week of 11/18/12 to 11/24/12.
Particularly strong were SOLD listings which totalled 7. The prices ranged from $189,900 to $439,000. These prices fit nicely in the range of first time homebuyers to move up.
Only 3 new Active listings came on the market last week, and with the 7 that were sold, the inventory of Standard Resales remains very low at 44.
Rentals are still outperforming in the Crofton market. While 3 new Active rentals came on the market, applications were accepted on 5, and 3 more were fully rented. With only 18 available rentals, this is going to put pressure on when the PCS moves start in January.
The current Crofton, MD active inventory is:
- Standard Sales - 44
- Potential Short Sales - 13
- Foreclosures/REO - 0
- Rentals - 18
