The REAL secret to FAST income . . .

If you really need to make money fast in the business in real estate sales, there's only one way I am CERTAIN will deliver the goods . . .

What you've got to do is prospect like crazy until you are just on the edge of insanity because of the lack of sales . . . You must be just shy of homicidal because these "idiots" won't perform. It is essential that you have at least 15 great prospects for business in your pipeline - People who you KNOW are well qualified to act, but for some strange reason, they simply refuse to "pull the trigger"

Ideally, about 1/2 of them are relatively new listings . . . The others are "HOT" Buyers

OK - Here's the plan . . .

Call each of your Sellers and encourage them to take the next week-end away from town. They should go to a place that is as remote as possible with NO possibility of being reached in any way, shape or form.

Then call each of your Buyers and encourage them to visit as many Open Houses as possible over the next week end . . .

Then find someone in your office (preferably an "average, non seasoned agent") who will cover your business for a few days . . .

Now . . . LEAVE TOWN. Hop on a jet plane and go somewhere - ANYWHERE - As far from home as possible. The only rules are that it be a place that has no internet or fax access . . . It's OK for there to be telephone access. Ideally this will be a place where you are extremely BUSY . . . Perhaps a conference.

My personal guarantee?

At LEAST 3 of the listings will suddenly have LOTS of showings . . . and each will suddenly yield multiple offers. the agent covering your business will (at the same time) be in the midst of his/her personal best week-end and will be so busy with his/her own business that he/she will be frantically trying to keep all these balls in the air.

At least 3 of the Buyers will wander into their "DREAM HOME" all at the exact same time (3:55) on Sunday afternoon - Again, your relief agent will be in the busiest Open House he/she will ever have hosted.

You'll be on the beach relaxing with your cell phone by your side and margarita in your hand . . . Suddenly, the phone will start ringing . . . AAAAAACKKKK . . . 6 offers to work . . . the agent covering you is too busy to handle it all . . . and you have no computer or fax access.

This week-end has the potential to be your largest selling week-end in your illustrious 15 year career in real estate sales, and you're "stuck on the beach sipping margaritas" wondering if these deals will pan out.

See?

It worked!

VOILA!

BUSINESS!

You hear about it through your cell phone but have NO possibility of participating in your best weekend EVER . . . and you have sketchy information at best because your Sellers are all in hiding and are unreachable.

The good news is that it all works out . . . The not-so-good news is that (in a rare moment of generosity - figuring activity would be dead while you're gone) you remember that you had promised the agent covering for you that you would pay him/her 50% of any commissions earned while you're away.

The real wisdom here is that none of this would have been possible had it not been for the diligent lead generating at the begining . . .

And if you don't believe this strategy will provide you INSTANT income, I dare you to test the theory . . . Worst case, you'll get a few days away on the beach with a few margaritas :-)

Barry, Where are those agents willing to pay 50% of the commission earned while they are away?? - I want to sign up with all of them!

I've got to go now though: I'll be at the KW Family Reunion shortly and I'm going to shut off my phone and not accept faxes or emails, but I need to get my sellers out of town and find those open houses for my buyers!!!  I hope you're telling the truth here.  I sure could use some fast money....
