This ice sculpture display was outside the entrance to the Chocolate Festival and Hospice Festival of Trees on Saturday. The admission fee was $5 just for the chocolate festival. The ice sculpture display, the candy decorated train and decorated trees were free to view. This was held at Dover Downs in Dover, Delaware.
Inside the chocolate festival were free samples of chocolate popcorn and smores. Vendors were on hand selling their wares and Dover Downs had lunch items, beverages and snacks to cover in chocolate from the fountains. Various entertainment performed throughout the day.
