I think this is just the start. I wonder how many more will be sold by auction. Will this affect your local market?

Very interesting. There are so many homeowners having problems. I hope it ends soon. This is actually depressing to read about.

Unfortunately, I believe this is just one of several wave of Foreclosures Auctions coming in the area.
