David I like the idea of this because you could give it out to realtors so that they can show their clients or use it to educate the client on what you are looking for and why the home inspection is so important.
One thing though that I did notice as I was watching and listening to what you say here--it sounds like you are either chewing gum or eating a hamburger while you are talking. It was very distracting. My daughter walked in while I was viewing this and asked what you were eating. I don't know if this is a microphone glitch or what but it would help to maybe re-record it.

Thanks for the comment and the information, I hope to get at least one video a week done just for that purpose.
About the sounds that you noticed, I promise you I was not eating a hamburger nor was I chewing gum, that is a very nervous speaker trying to swallow so that his dry mouth will work. LOL My wife and I both noticed it and we also noticed that the video recorder has a very very sensitive mic. We haven't figured out how to solve the problem yet, except to take the video camera away from me and my wife said NO WAY! So she has me out there practicing now. Once I get one without the bloopers, I will be putting it up.
