Electronic Signatures via DOCUSIGN in Honolulu Hawaii

Best Homes Hawaii has been a paid subscriber using Electronic signatures via DOCUSIGN in Honolulu Hawaii for over 2 years, in fact all over Oahu. Even though our local Realtor® Association offers RELAY for free, Docusign is preferred.  When a customer asked, we did useuse Adobe's Echo on 2 occasions.

Docusign has been utilized with local Hawaii buyers and sellers, international clients and off island people as well.  Clients have electronically signed in Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Bali, Japan, and Canada.  Recently, I have had TENANTS sign documents before we meet to check them in.  This cuts our expenses in travel time and meeting time by at least 45 minutes to ONE HOUR!  On top of that, it saves printing and scanning.

In the past, I would usually make two or three printed copies and the tenant has to sign them all.  With DOCDUSIGN, no need to print any pages.  Both the tenant and our office have electronic copies stored in our computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone.  If there is ever a need for a hard copy, the documents can be easily printed.  What would be REALLY nice if all the lenders or GOVERNMENT organizations start using electronic signatures (Active Rain Photos, hand signing paper).

RENTALS: One that comes to mind is Section 8.  There is a huge number of papers that Department needs signing and completing.  If the process was all set up with electronic signatures, then it would save the government time (our tax money) and tons of paperwork plus save ALL PARTIES time and expense.   

SALES:Another use of electronic signatures would be FHA, VA, Short Sales, REOs, Mortgage guarantors.  When those organizations talk about streamlining, this would be a major benefit to them.  This might even save a few warehouses full of paper stock, save trees and reserve pulp production for other things.
