We often want to know how to create content for home buyers on our outside blogs. Recently I've created a new website for a coastal custom home community in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Getting interactions on my blogs helps it gain traction in search engines.
Creating content for home buyers on my outside blog
Because I'm preparing to stage a couple of models for custom home builders in Jacksonville Beach, whose look is quite beachy, I'm refinishing several pieces of furniture that I picked up at auction. To capture home buyers looking to purchase or sell property similar to those of my builder clients, I've created a coastal home decor blog. The projects that I'm working on make for good material for my new blog.
By providing beautiful photos of my coastal home decor projects I give home buyers an reason to keep coming back to my custom home builder website.
If you don't personally refinish furniture, then you may want to consider doing themes of other home decor projects that fit your region. I recently wrote about why southerners paint their porch ceilings blue, and in only a few days it had 42 Facebook likes.
So, what kinds of blog topics can you add to keep your target custom engaged with you?
