This post does not have anything to do with Cabot Arkansas real estate, since it is focusing on the richest counties in the United States. Before I read the article I some how knew that Lonoke county was not in the top twenty.

The article focused on the median income of each county and what one million dollars will buy.  Here is the top five counties.

1. Fairfax County, Va.

Median income: $100,318

1 million will get you a five bedroom three and a half bath home with 4,252 feet

2. Loudoun County, Va.

Median income: $99,371

1 million will get you a four bedroom four and a half bath home with 2,604 feet

3. Howard County, Md.

Median income: $94,260

1 million will get you four bedroom three and a half bath home on 2 acres it does dot list the square footage

4. Hunterdon Country, N.J.

Median income: $93,297

1 million will get you a nice five bedroom four and a half bedroom home square footage is not listed

5. Douglas County, Colo.

Median income: $92,125

1 million will get you a six bedroom four and a half bath home with 6,444 square feet
