Exercise is great for the mind, body, and soul.
As a former college athlete who ran both cross country and track, exercise has played an important part in making me who I am. I had a great year of fitness in 2012 (I lost 20 pounds!). I still run, and I practice yoga several times per week, enjoying both tremendously.
I hope to add headstands and handstands to my yoga routines in 2013, and will be running my first competitive race in over 15 years on January 1st 2013.

Due to family issues, I have spent far less time with my two girls, Erin and Morgan, than I would like. Those issues will be coming to a close soon, and I am excited about more consistent quality time with my two beautiful daughters.
