Tom - Oh, they stop and give me a check before they move past me... Promise!
Marc - Most of our buyers are not at that 630 credit score and that is why them buy on private contracts, but if I see one come through, I will certainly give you a call.
Sam - I find the notes because these are my past customers that sold on owner financing and now need the cash for something else, or I do a title search and look for land sales contracts that have been recorded.
Robert - Not really without giving too many of my secrets away... Sorry.
Tom - 90% of our loans are in first position, but when they are they are the only loan. If I had some to send you, I gladly would.
Shirlen - Like I told Tom, if I have something pop up that one of my other investors doesn't buy right up, I will drop you an e-mail and see how we can help each other.
James - I work lots of different avenues and though I would love to add you as an associates, I would love to read more of your stuff first and see if you are comp able with my clients.
Charles - Not as much today, but if the deal is right it certainly can mean great profit.
