Tuftonboro’s Residential listing data reflects an increase in market inventory by 3.09% when compared to last year’s 3rd quarter. There are currently eighty-one residential homes available for purchase in the Lakes Region community of Tuftonboro, sixteen offer water frontage and/or water access; three condominium units and three commercial properties. 3rd quarter sales volume reports a 21% increase over last year, with an increase in the average sales price by 12.89%. Pending sales reflect a market decrease of 27%.

Tuftonboro’s Vacant Land listing data reflects an increase in market inventory by 8.33% when compared to last year’s 3rd quarter stats. There are currently forty-nine vacant land parcels available for purchase in Tuftonboro. 3rd quarter sales report six parcels that resulted in a successful transfer, up 50%. Pending sales are also reported to be up by 66.66% with five lots under contract.
