The Montgomery County real estate market is gaining momentum as we head towards the new year. Marked with increases in home values and sales throughout much of 2012, the future is bright for this DC metropolitan community.
While inventory in Montgomery County has plummeted, ferocious demand has caused a significant drop in the number of days a home is listed before it sells. In February of this year, the average number of days a home sat on the market was about 90. Now, it is closer to 50.
