The lottery is coming, the lottery is here.... Tonight the largest Power-ball Lottery is being drawn. I don't generally buy tickets or even think about it, but this prize is so large (in excess of half a billion dollars) it is hard not to be caught in the non stop hype and eventually succumb and buy a ticket. I actually bought two tickets, both Quick Picks with numbers chosen at random by the machine. So I was thinking, wouldn't it be great if other aspects of life could be accomplished by a "Quick Pick?" Want to buy a home...no problem, buy a Quick Pick, Wishing you could change your life, buy a Quick Pick. Need to do the laundry, get a Quick Pick. Some dreams are possible and others are not. Got a ticket......tune in later and see if you are a winner.
Yep... We're going to swing by the gas station and buy one chance each. May the force be with some one that really needs the cash and will have enough sense not to blow it.
If I win I will buy a vacation home in New Jersey, Have any in mind that would work for me?
Good afternoon friends and thank you for stopping by and leaving your comments and offering your support: I really appreciate it.
Hello John. When it gets this big and the frenzy is everywhere I buy one. Otherwise, I'm not into it. I want to win, and if not, I hope you do, but otherwise I hope that as you say it goes to someone who really needs it and won't blow it. Good luck.
Hi Rob. You can reliably make me laugh and I am now. Yes I think I have just the home for you .
Hello Debbie. If you don't buy tickets I hear you, I don't either. I don't think you need to worry about someone giving you one.
Good luck.
Sheila
I stopped and bought two tickets today...I chose the numbers. My husband bought five, all quick picks. Fingers crossed. If I win, you won't be hearing about it tomorrow or any time soon. I'll be meeting with my attorney and keeping my name private for as long as possible!
Hello Sharon. I wish you well. If you win, you can tell me, I won't tell anyone. Good luck.

Yep.... just happen to buy gas this evening and the cashier was talking about Powerball. I bought one ticket after listening to the lady who will draw the numbers on Good Morning American this morning. She said:"buy one ticket, it could change your life and generations to come forever!". I'm IN!
Good morning Teri. I didn't win, but I hope that you did. If not......enjoy the day anyway, it was only $2.00. Sheila
I buy one every now and again. I bought two this week. Earlier this year my hairdresser won $77,777. I was really happy for her. She paid off two cars, remodeled her kitchen and put some in savings.
Wow Tammy, that's a great story. I guess you didn't win anything on this either. Oh well, maybe sometime.
Sheila
