Cedar Lake Estates, Edmond - Builder's Home For Sale

By
Real Estate Agent with 405home @ ERA Courtyard 148333

I recently listed a gorgeous home in the up-and-coming Cedar Lake Estates addition of Edmond, and while I don't have all the virtual tours and online marketing prepared yet, I wanted to get the word out quickly about this exciting home.

Located at 440 Stonebridge, and sitting on almost an acre, this 4-bed, 3-1/2 bath home is loaded with custom features, such as extensive wood trim, slate tile, granite countertops, and so much more.  This beautiful custom was built by Tom Taylor of SST Construction in 2006, and has been lived in by Tom and has wife since it's completion.  At just over 2600 square feet, the rooms are large and spacious, and the open floorplan helps it feel even larger.

Cedar Lake Estates is located at the Northeast corner of Waterloo and Broadway.  You can't miss the impressive entrances off either street, and you'll love the wide open spaces afforded by these acre lots.  This community also gets the benefit of Edmond Public Schools (Cross Timbers Elementary, Sequoyah Middle School, and Edmond North High School).

Call me today for your private showing.

I'll post more details here soon, along with a virtual tour and TONS of pictures!Home for sale in Cedar Lake Estates, Edmond, OK

Does this division have a homeowner's association? Is the covenent available online? If you buy a lot does the builder have to be approved by the association?

Hey Ryan,

Is this listing recent?  Do you have it in MLS yet?  Couldn't find anything and I have a Buyer looking in Cedar Lake Estates for something under 300K

Jennifer, thanks for asking, but this post is almost 3 years old. Good luck on your search. I'm sure you'll find them a great home.
