PLEASE HELP

I just received a referral alert. For some reason when I click on to view it, it takes me to active rain website and says I do not have permission. I never had this problem before. When I log on to MY Home, it also says I do not have permission. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how I may contact the realtor by his name?

Can you just look it up via the Broker's website? Maybe search by agent name??

I had that happen last week. I went back to the Referral screen where you can see all the referral leads for the state and got in that way.
