Cedar City Subdivisions...Terraces at Black Rock Market Update 11/30/2012..

I have mentioned before that the Cedar City Real Estate Market has a few subdivisions with detached single family units mixed in with twin homes or duplex styled homes. The Terraces at Black Rock is another of those mixed subdivision in Cedar City. It is a newer subdivision built in 2005. It is another subdivision that saw a lot of sales to investors initially. It is on the East edge of the Black Rock Subdivision.

Patricia, These were photos taken from last Spring, The yards are still well kept, but the grass is beginning to go dormant for the Winter.
