Today was just another day in real estate where no matter how hard I tried my schedule kept moving at a crazy pace. After signing a new listing agreement my clients realized they were going to get another key made. No problem we'll head to the local big box store to get one made.
While we were at the store I grabbed two bags of salt for another clients water softener as I knew it needed to filled before settlement. As I drove I fielded multiple phone calls from an agent with a client looking at another one of my listings who had a string of questions. Yea for Bluetooth in the car.
Dropped off the salt and checked on the progress of the movers for tomorrows settlement. Then it was a stop to put a lockbox on another new listing and take a few extra exterior photos since it had been raining the day I took the interior photos.
Thinking I might be in the clear after almost a 100 miles of driving my email lights up with an offer on another listing. Call the owner and arrange to stop at their place to review it.
This is the reality show of the life of a Realtor® not the ones they show on TV. Now was I supposed to eat sometime today?
Schedule for tomorrow? Rinse and repeat.
