Kwee - That artwork with the Lion is absolutely stunning!  At first glance it looks like the real thing sitting there beside her.

These people are so talented and it is so amazing it is really chalk. I can paint flowers and snowmen from Donna Duberry's basic brush techniques but these are fantastic. I could never do anything like this. I can see why the man "Gary Palmer" wins all the time. Thanks for sharing.

I am drawn to the arts and have a great appreciation for artists who brings so much creativity into this world.

I wish I could have been there to see this and I wish I had the ability to go to Art School. I've never had a painting lesson in my life but I am motivated to try something like this. However, those artists must have spent their entire life studying art and their work has paid off. I just wish the grade schools would do more to promote the arts to children when they are young and make it affordable for adults to make a steady living at it because they should be compensated handsomely for their artistic talent.

Kwee, I am constantly amazed by these sidewalk chalk artists, they create amazing works of art knowing full well that it is only a temporary masterpiece!  Amazing!

Kwee, It seems a shame to draw such wonderful chalk-art creations only to have them disappear in a day or two.  But, I guess that's part of the art.  like those elaborate sand sculptures that get washed into the ocean at high tide.  I'm married to an artist--ceramic sculpture.

Kwee, I think those with this ability are so talented, and to be able to draw with chalk!    Just have to hope it does not rain.
