Closed transactions in Montgomery County were up 12.5% and Pending sales up 21.6% in October 2012. Seasonally Adjusted Sales continue to be on pace for about 57,000.
A 12% increase in Pending units, and a 5% increase in Settled units was the big story in Montgomery County in November 2012. Total Inventory was down 16%, while the Average Settled Price increased 5.5%.
