On The Fence...Still

I can definitely understand why buyers are still on the fence about purchasing a home.  There is just way to much inventory out there.  Very intimidating to say the least.  It's like being a kid in a candy store...a very BIG candy store.

Buyers: Should I buy new construction...should I buy resale...should I buy a foreclosure...should I buy a short sale...should I buy from a trustee sale....which lender do I choose and how much home can I afford?  I am tired just thinking about it. I think I will take a break and just continue to sit on this nice comfortable fence.

So, as you can imagine, we as Realtors have our hands quite full.  We need to consult with these potential buyers and educate them on all their choices, then let them decide which is best for their life style.

I am currently working with 2 buyers in this very same situation.  Hopefully soon,we will have 2 less buyers on the fence and closing on their very first beautiful home.

So, what do you think?

David: I think you should have both clients sit down and write exactly what they want. As you said, there is a lot of inventory. Once they clarify what they want, you can help them find it.

I guess we can do this for everything in our lives, huh?

See ya again in the Rain!
