It's a wrap.  You've completed the 30 in 30 Challenge today and you're going to email Kerrie and get those 3000 bonus points.  WOOO HOOOOOO!!!

But the REAL challenge starts tomorrow!  The point carrot on a stick is now gone.  It's up to YOU and YOU alone.  Did the last 30 days make a habit, or are you going to take a break??  Because my fear is this:  If you take a day off, you might take two days off.  2 becomes 3 becomes 4 becomes See You Never. 

My subscriber roll is populated with people that demonstrated the ability to be great bloggers, but suddenly they were gone. 

Some bloggers have the discipline to take a day or two off and come right back.  Frankly, others don't.  It's easy for life to get in the way.  Blogging is a LONG TERM commitment if you want it to work.  Subject matter is key.  Persistence is key too. 

We're not saying you HAVE to post every day, but do the math.  The more relevant posts you put out to the Internet, the more likely the consumers will find and call you.  And the same applies for agent to agent referrals.  Once a week probably isn't going to cut it if your competition is putting out 52 posts a month to your 52 posts a YEAR.

So what's tomorrow going to be for you?  A market report?  A local event?  A real estate experience?  Or a day off?

The final decision is up to you! 

For us, it'll be another day of writing what we hope is the next post to make our phone ring!
