Charles I don't usually comment on advertising posts but that pic is absolutely gorgeous. It just speaks horse country to me.

Linda and Debe - Thank you from Charlottesville, This is just a sample of the fine properties in our area! This is one reason I just love to work with buyers and see these fine places.

Gosh Charles: I thought you were talking about my area for a minute. The stats are are suprisingly similar to yours except for the average selling price. Here it is in the low $200k (down).

Charles, Like Linda, I usually pass on advertising posts, but this reminds me of some of the may horse farms that we have out here in Williamson County. Like you, I like to live in "Gods Country." 8-}
