Use an RC Helicopter & HD cam to get great views of Minneapolis Condos

By
Real Estate Agent with Lakes Sotheby's International Realty

The Minneapolis condo market is competitive and recently one of the local photographers I work with started using a helicopter and HD camera to document real estate from the sky.

Some of the neighborhoods--such as real estate in the Mill District have a number of new projects developed over the last decade.  The easiest way to give someone who has yet to walk the area a tour is a simple video showcasing each building.  Buildings like the Carlyle, which a 39 story high rise on the riverfront look quite amazing from the air as opposed to a few stills.

The objective I had was to create a video and embed some code over the video on a site so the user could click on any of the specific buildings to see what was for sale at any given time.  This is a completely new concept for urban real estate and curious to get other users thoughts on this.

Neat idea. I watched the video and the views and perspectives are amazing. I would've thought there would have been a lot of movement in the video, but there isn't any at all. Very professional.
