Today marks the beginning of the new direction for Catherine Cornelia Real Estate.
Photography is the critical element in real estate marketing, this picture is an example of good composition. You get a sense of how the home sits on the lot, a feeling for the landscaping and a view of how it all ties together. Can you tell the focal point? Hint: it's not the front door.

Love the photo, is it the pumpkin? Or the small flower bed in the yard? I am not very good at photography. I guess I should take a course.

Mark - This is an example of the type of photography I will be posting in December. I have created my own goal of posting a picture a day coinciding with real estate photography as the new direction of Catherine Cornelia Real Estate.
Tanya - It is the small flower bed in the middle of the lawn! The best way to learn photography is to practice it. I will have course offerings coming up, including options for long distance students. Thanks for finding the focal point.
Debbie - I won't be able to make the meet up tomorrow. I wish they did this before the holidays started. There are just too many commitments this month.
Catherine, my eye was heading to the front lawn but I was not sure if that was right. Great picture.
